Refund & Satisfaction Policy: [westlund pressure washing]

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At [westlund pressure washing], we take pride in the quality of our work. Because pressure washing is a service-based business, we do not offer full or partial cash refunds once the service has been completed. Instead, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.

2. The "Walk-Through" Process

Upon completion of the job, we request that the customer (or a representative) performs a final walk-through with our technician.

  • Any areas of concern must be pointed out at this time.

  • We will address and correct any missed spots immediately, free of charge.

3. Reporting Issues Post-Service

If you are not present at the time of service, you have [24] hours to inspect the work and notify us of any issues.

  • If we agree that the work performed does not meet our professional standards, we will return to your property to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost.

  • Requests made after [24] hours will be considered a new service request and may be subject to additional fees.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or free re-cleans will not be issued for:

  • Permanent Staining: Dirt or organic growth that has permanently stained the substrate (e.g., oil stains, rust, or deep calcium deposits).

  • Pre-existing Damage: Issues caused by the age or poor condition of the surface (e.g., oxidized siding, rotting wood, or crumbling mortar).

  • Customer Interference: Issues arising from the customer failing to follow pre-service instructions (e.g., leaving windows open or failing to move furniture).

5. Deposits and Cancellations

  • Deposits: Any deposits paid to secure a booking date are [Non-refundable].

  • Weather: If we must reschedule due to hazardous weather (lightning, high winds, or freezing temperatures), your deposit will be applied to the new service date.

6. Finality of Payment

By paying your final invoice, you acknowledge that the service has been completed to your satisfaction and that you waive the right to a refund or chargeback.
