1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Service

We provide professional pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your individual quote or service agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and safety, the customer agrees to:

  • Access: Provide clear access to the areas being cleaned.

  • Water Supply: Ensure a functioning exterior water spigot is available (unless otherwise agreed upon).

  • Closures: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut.

  • Clearance: Move vehicles, potted plants, outdoor furniture, and fragile items away from the work area.

  • Safety: Keep children and pets indoors during the service.

4. Risk and Liability

  • Pre-existing Damage: The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose siding, cracked wood, crumbling mortar, or faulty electrical outlets.

  • Water Intrusion: While we take every precaution, the Company is not liable for water intrusion into the home through faulty seals or open windows.

  • Plant Life: We use industry-standard precautions to protect landscaping; however, the customer is responsible for pre-watering plants if requested.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: Quotes are valid for [30] days.

  • Payment: Payment is due [immediately on arrival before we start] of the service.

  • Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge a late fee of [30%] for payments not received by the due date, and 5 percent per month.

6. Cancellation Policy

We require at least [24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of [$100].

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, you must notify us within [24/48] hours of completion. We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the issue. The Company is not responsible for issues reported after this period.

The Company reserves the right to take "before and after" photos or videos of the work for marketing and quality control purposes. No personal information or will be shared without consent.

Tips for Customizing This

  • Soft Wash vs. Pressure Wash: If you do "Soft Washing" (using chemicals like bleach), add a clause specifically about the smell of cleaning agents dissipating after a few hours.

  • Siding Disclaimer: Mention that pressure washing may reveal "oxidation" (chalky residue) on old siding that was previously hidden by dirt.

  • Governing Law: Add a line stating: "These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [new jersey].
